IMPORTANT TERMS OF USING OUR DESIGNING SERVICE:

1. We can only design websites using the templates that are currently available within the SitePad Website Builder software, that is currently available only on our Linux Hosting plans.

2. We cannot perform any "CORE MAJOR MODIFICATIONS" to the templates that are already designed inside SitePad, because this will involve several hours of customization which is not included in our designing package.

3. You fully accept to "WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST" policy, "Number of Pages" (or) "Number of Hours". Your designing package will no longer be valid exceeding the specified hours of work or the number of pages designed. For Example: if you have purchased a "BASIC PLAN" and have a product page with over 50+ photographs in it, theoretically it is going to take more than 5 hours of work to complete one single page. This is because the photos has to be resized, colour adjusted and uploaded and aligned into the template. In such conditions you will need to purchase the next higher package.

4. If you have an existing logo you can use the same logo design on your website at no additional fees. Just make sure you send us a good quality of your original logo to use in your website design. If you do not have a logo or you need us to design a new unique logo, please use our "LOGO PLAN".

5. All designing fees outlined above are ONE-TIME and DO NOT involve website maintenance after the completion of design.

6. Since you are hiring a web designer the fees is paid ONE-TIME to the designer and no refund is possible after completing your payment.

7. All orders are subject to queue and will be processed on a first-come first-served basis. So please be patient until one of our designers are available to work on your website designing project.
